Swann Moore brings over 20 years of experience in Operations, Administration, and Human Resources. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she discovered a deeper calling while supporting a mental health practice and founded MVPros to meet the operational needs of providers. More than a business, MVPros is a mission to empower underserved communities—including stay-at-home parents and justice-impacted individuals—through meaningful employment and skill-building. Swann leads with heart, purpose, and a strong commitment to inclusive growth, helping others build careers and confidence through opportunity, support, and development.
