Swann Moore is the visionary force behind MVPros, bringing over 20 years of expertise in Operations, Administration, and Human Resources. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, a chance opportunity to assist a mental health practice sparked a deeper calling. Swann quickly recognized the unique challenges facing mental health professionals and leveraged her experience to provide the essential operational support they needed. That moment became the foundation for Moore Virtual Professionals (MVPros).

But Swann’s mission goes beyond business. She sees MVPros as a vehicle for empowerment—creating meaningful employment opportunities for underserved and underrepresented communities. From supporting stay-at-home parents to mentoring emerging leaders and offering second chances to those impacted by the justice system, Swann is passionate about building pathways to success for all.
