She brings over 20 years experience in business management, nearly 7 years in supporting mental health providers and she ensures that every practice we work with runs smoothly and efficiently. Swann works closely with clients, guiding their teams or stepping in directly when needed, mirroring the practice’s intake and operational workflows to ensure systems are implemented correctly. Her hands-on approach ensures every solution is practical, sustainable, and tailored to each practice’s unique needs.
